Bookings
All rates advertised on this web site are strictly subject to availability and must be booked on-line. There is a limited allocation of rooms available on the offers we advertise. There will be occasions when a particular hotel may have room availability that is only bookable at a higher tariff for a specific number of nights. Special offer rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount that the individual hotel or Menzies Hotels may be promoting.
Special offer rates and leisure break rates are based on a minimum of two consecutive nights’ stay with two people sharing a double or twin-bedded room. Single supplements may apply to special offer rates.
Supplements will be applied to certain rooms.
Offer does not apply to previous bookings.
Reservations must be made at least 12 hours prior to arrival.
Payment
You will be required to enter a credit card number at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation. Your reservation confirmation will only be automatically e-mailed to you once your credit card details have been entered. Your credit card will be charged upon your arrival at the hotel.
Cancellations, Amendments & Non Arrivals
All cancellations and amendments MUST be made via central reservations office on 0845 850 3013. When your booking is confirmed, a reservation number will automatically be supplied, this must be retained, should you need to make a cancellation and/or amendment. Bookings made directly with central reservations will be issued with a reservation number only, which also serves as your booking confirmation.
All cancellations will incur a cancellation charge based on the following: more than 48 hours notice a charge of £10.00 per person, less than 48 hours notice or non-arrivals then the booking will be charged in full.
We strongly recommend that you take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and safeguard against other risks. Travellers Protection Limited can arrange an appropriate policy and they can be contacted by telephoning 01603 767699.
Children
Every hotel warmly welcomes families. Children under five will be accommodated free, with a free breakfast. Children between the ages of five and 16 sharing a room with two full paying adults will be charged £17.50 for accommodation and full English breakfast.
A children´s three-course menu with a drink is available priced at £8.50. Alternatively children under the age of 16 are entitled to a 25% discount when dining from the main restaurant menu.

Further Information
Bedrooms are normally available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. There are occasions, particularly at resort hotels at busy periods when bedrooms may not be available until later than 3pm.
Should you be staying at a hotel with leisure facilities, your rate includes membership to the Waves Health & Leisure Club. A charge will be made for use of solarium, hair and beauty salons and some fitness classes where applicable. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times.
