Customer loyalty is of paramount importance to us and we firmly believe our guests should be able to obtain the best rate available when booking directly with us.

Our Price Promise

Book a Menzies Hotel either through our website, our central reservations office or directly with the hotel. If within the next 24 hours you then find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type, dates and booking conditions contact our central reservations office on 0845 850 3013 or email reservations@menzieshotels.co.uk. If the lower price you find complies with the terms and conditions detailed below we will honour the lower rate and make a further 10% reduction off your room rate for your reservation with us.

Terms and Conditions

  • Clients must contact us within 24 hours of making their reservation.
  • Our price promise does not apply to the following rate types; prices that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates, discount rates offered only to members of a group, package rates or pre-paid rates that involve a voucher.
  • If a lower comparison rate is found it must be bookable by the general public and still valid at the time Menzies Hotels validates the claim.
